These terms apply to the Record Helper website and apps. By using Record Helper you agree to them. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Record Helper on your devices. Please do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the apps, and do not use them to break the law or the rights of others.
You are responsible for what you record and for having the right to record and publish it. Record Helper is in active development, so features may change as we improve it.
Free and Pro
Free is for personal, non-commercial use. It includes the teleprompter and recording, with a usage limit on voice tracking and a small watermark on exports.
Pro unlocks unlimited voice tracking, exports without a watermark, 4K and the 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 formats, separate screen and camera files, the publish kit, and commercial use. Pro + AI includes everything in Pro, plus hosted AI script tools (drafts, rewrites, and shortening) with no key or server to set up.
Pro is $15 a month or $150 a year. Pro + AI is $20 a month or $200 a year. The app also includes a free 7-day trial of everything, AI included.
Hosted AI has a fair-use daily limit per licence. If you reach it, the AI tools pause until the next day (UTC); everything else keeps working. The trial includes a smaller AI allowance.
Payments and cancellation
Pro and Pro + AI are bought inside the Record Helper app. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered right away, you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and acknowledge that you then lose this right of withdrawal. If something is not right with your purchase, use the contact form and we will review your request in good faith.
Your content
Your scripts and recordings belong to you. We do not claim any rights to them, and we do not receive them unless you send them to us. Text produced by the AI tools is yours to use. Please check it before you publish it, as AI can make mistakes.
Support, liability, and changes
If something does not work as described, tell us through the contact form. We respond to complaints within 14 days.
We provide Record Helper with care, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost content or indirect losses. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms when the product or the law changes. We will publish the new version here with its date, and tell account holders about important changes in advance.
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
